Our unique family recipe style hamburger is only served on an Amoroso roll and only an Amoroso roll, and also our hotdogs with our specialty sauces. We experimented with other products and the Amoroso roll was a perfect match for a large part of our menu items and our Kburger. The reason we selected the Amoroso roll was the fact that they are the original roll for Philly steak sandwiches and the roll hold their quality when we are out in our food truck during the hot summer months here in Florida. A lot of other brands just did not hold up.
