Cheese Steak Festival Boot

CENTRAL OREGON

ellisdm@gmail.com

The name recognition I get from displaying Amoroso’s colorful sign continues to amaze me and do great things for my business! It really adds legitimacy to the “authentic” part of the cheese steak vending operation I run over here in Central Oregon. And even for those folks who have never heard of Amoroso’s, or those who never had a real cheese steak, the overall customer satisfaction I experience is awesome.

The quality of Amoroso’s roll is so superior to anything you can get in the Pacific Northwest that it really stands out and has helped me build a solid customer base in only my second season running this business.

I’m doing about 600+ steaks per weekend so hopefully I’ll keep my Amoroso’s roll orders coming. If you have any other promotion material to send my way in the future, I’ll definitely display it proudly at festivals all over the Northwest!

POP’S Philly Steaks

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

My name is Perry Walton. I am the owner of POP’S Philly Steaks in Las Vegas. I have been out of the country since Thanksgiving, but when I returned, I was immediately impressed with the beautiful bright red Amoroso’s t-shirts the entire staff was wearing in the kitchen.

Jose, my manager, showed me your gracious letter and exhibited great pride in wearing your shirt. His smile said he was every bit as proud of his shirt as he is of the Amoroso’s rolls he serves when making our delicious Philly Steak.

The bread is obviously the key ingredient in any decent Philly Cheese Steak. We are proud to serve Amoroso’s for that “authentic Philly taste. We hope you have a merry Christmas and wish you a fulfilling and prosperous New Year. Again, thank you for the shirts.

“Yelp” Review

MIAMI, FLORIDA

In the next couple of weeks, fans of 70 college football programs will travel to 35 different bowl games to cheer on their beloved teams. But down here in South Florida on South Figueroa Street, the players and fans are staying home. Again.

It isn’t all bad though. While they won’t be partying in Miami, New Orleans or Boise, they can simply walk across the street and have Cheese Steaks.

Authentic Cheese Steaks. So authentic in fact, I half expected to see Rocky Balboa sauntering in for one “wit everything.” I realized that probably wasn’t going to happen (although Talia Shire is prob- ably available).

I ordered the daily special which was the California Philly Combo -- a Philly steak on a genuine Amoroso’s roll imported from Philly -- with onions, ‘shrooms, green pepper. These guys know what they are doing. They don’t try to change the sandwich into something pretentious. It’s real Philly.

And to me that equals 5 stars.
